The Wafer Inspection StationHello - this started as a test site for my web page development, now its turned into a place where I keep stuff I can't bear to throw away, a bit like my garage!
So, you will have to either read about me, or alternatively indulge in reading a highly technical but hopefully not too boring description of a machine I worked on for about two years.
